What is Member Services?
Member Services is the unique ministry signature of our local assembly. It is the catalyst of our ministry that connects our growing membership with essential information, services and ministry opportunities both within our church and our community.
Member Service Representatives are the people who will assist you in navigating through the ministry by providing you with current information, changes in schedule and updates on projects and programs. Member Service Representatives are relational in nature, informative and resourceful. Every member is encouraged to access your representative for any questions you may have or for any services you may need.
The Member Service Ministry is charged with stimulating and maintaining the social life of the church in order to assist members in small group development, new members class information, participating in the ministry offerings of special services (music, ushering, youth ministry, men and women's ministries).
Member Service shares the life of the church with individual attendees, from the moment you arrive to the moment you join, the Member Service Ministry is design to treat you as our special friend. Our goal is to ensure that we have created value for our experience at Pentecostal Temple.
This Page will introduce you to the ministry of Member Services and provide context as to why we believe this ministry to be our keystone to success as a blue water ministry. Our blue water service is: Excellence in ministry through providing excellent services to our members, creating value for the experience that cannot be found elsewhere.

What Services are Available?
LIFE SUPPORT GROUP:
is a relational ministry design to provide the members of the ministry and community an authentic objective platform to "share" their feelings, experiences and approaches to life that have and have not met their intended desires. A retired psychological clinician and experiential member of the ministry will co-facilitate the group by providing a "safe harbor" for those who suffer from instabilities in emotional, mental, physical and relationships. Our goal is to provide a platform for those in our ministry who need " support" outside of the bible study and morning services. This intense group will be bound by confidentially covenants, deferred judgment policies, and an affirmative environment that will be challenging to the individual to " take on" their life by " owning it". The Creative Problem Solving matrix will be used in all the sessions so the participants are empowered by having participated.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
is a member based coordination of ministry services on demand. Members of the church will enjoy personalize service and attention in various area that help support a balanced ministry experience at Pentecostal Temple. An upgraded phone system and live person will be available to connect members of the church to goods and services needed to support families, provide respite for working single parents, automotive care, providing safe houses for working parents and referrals to LIFE SUPPORT and also PT LIFE (social ministry). This ministry will be a "keystone" of Member's Services which is charged with being the "driving force" of the member service and satisfaction.

Concierge Service will Focus on Connecting Members with Ministry Business Services:
MOM'S BREAK:
Three hour play group of children ( 5yrs - 8yrs ) for mom's in need of babysitting services.
CAR CARE:
Single parent priority along with members free vehicle reviewed for fluids, oils, brake inspection, and tire rotation or replacement.
SAFE HOUSE:
ntergenerational program with Seniors who will watch "sick" children who cannot attend school or daycare for the day.
PT LIFE:
this will focus on the social and interactive events, products, services and activities for those members who desire to broaden their social participation. It will include "Spa Days", Ticket(s) available from members, dinner parties, ball room dancing circuit, hair appointments, and all participating vendors will provide a 15% discount to members of Pentecostal Temple.
MINISTER ON CALL:
Each week a minister will be on call for the purpose of providing spiritual guidance or support to the members of the ministry. This minister is responsible for responding to needs of the members and provide material support for PTCOGIC in areas of attendance, opening and closing of ministry events, hospital visitation and referrals. Members will have immediate response from the MINISTER ON CALL and follow up from the Assisting Shepherds and Senior Pastor.
