The Dream Team is the Shepherd’s rapid response team for professional, creative and dynamic presentation of the ministry brand. The Dream Team’s assists the ministry in event planning, organizing and implementation of special projects and provides material support in the Shepherd’s Office in assisting all ministries in the presentation of our church.

Antioch School of Bible in Buffalo, NY

Reverend Jean O’Brien a recent seminary graduate leads our accredited bible school with passion, intellect and fervor. Jean blends our learning with our burning in pursuit of training disciples for Jesus Christ.

The mission of the Antioch School is to support church-based theological education by providing academic degree programs utilizing in-service leadership development for ministry in church-based contexts.

The vision of the Antioch School is to support the tremendous spontaneous expansion of the Church in the twenty-first century through theological education done in the context of church ministry, which maintains high levels of achievement in character, skills, and knowledge.

As our ministry grows and our organization expands these two proven professionals along with other practitioners keep our pastor focused on the big picture of “Blue Water”. Wanda Tynes is a Canadian corporate lawyer and Angela Mosley is the CEO of one our city’s largest community based organizations. Wanda and Angela will strategically incorporate resources both within itself and our region to maximize our potential and partner with corporations and institutions to “big picture” our vision.

Campus Life Ministry

This dynamic duo brings to life our intentional outreach to college students in the region through Campus Life. We desire to see college students maintain their faith; expand their understanding of life and scripture within the safe harbor of the local church. Our Blue Water Ministry proudly sponsors “COGIC COLLEGE EXCHANGE”
